Shelagh Prosser has a successful track record of supporting organisations to develop a holistic, sustainable approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her experience encompasses senior permanent and interim DEI roles with independent consultancy. Her approach is always strategic, collaborative and evidence based.

Shelagh’s expertise includes strategy development and implementation, DEI ‘health checks’ and reviews, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, and applying an DEI ‘lens’ to organisational policies and procedures

She is a chartered member of the CIPD and has held a number of trustee positions.
