Welcome to enei’s hub aimed at assisting your organisation navigate challenging times of social and political unrest.

Some employers and employees may feel the impact of turbulent events that result in unrest, rioting, and other disturbing actions. While we are unable to provide specific guidance on communication to your employees, we recommend that your messaging and content is aligned to the organisation’s values and behaviours as well as your relevant strategies, policies, and practices. We also encourage you to consider workplace mental health and wellbeing support options available to your employees, such as employee resource groups (ERGs) or employee networks, employee assistance programmes, and other support services.
We have developed a number of specialised resources which could help inform your approach.
