Our Introduction to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) workshops are designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of diversity and inclusion. During this training, we start by defining diversity, equality, and inclusion, as well as the various concepts related to them. We then explore how diversity and inclusion play out in various contexts, highlighting relevant workplace and societal examples.
We also discuss the implications for both individuals and organisations and provide practical ways in which you can create a more inclusive work environment.
Finally, time is set aside for interactive conversation and small group activities to further explore the topics which have been discussed. This workshop is ideal for managers, teams, and anyone interested in learning more about this important subject.
