Being anti-racist is more than simply avoiding racist behaviours or attitudes—it involves actively recognising, challenging, and opposing racism in all its forms. It’s a commitment to understanding how racism operates on interpersonal, institutional, and structural levels, and taking concrete steps to dismantle it.

In the workplace, anti-racism can be manifested through initiatives that promote diversity, equality, and inclusion, as well as by creating spaces where all voices are heard and valued. Genuine anti-racism requires ongoing education, self-reflection, and addressing systemic racism. By integrating anti-racism into organisational culture, companies can create an environment where all employees feel appreciated and thrive. Ultimately, anti-racism is a fundamental obligation crucial for driving meaningful change and building a more equitable future for everyone.

Our anti-racism e-learning course aims to empower participants with the requisite knowledge, skills, and techniques to actively participate in anti-racist efforts and effectively combat the inequalities and injustices experienced by marginalised communities.

This course has been designed for employees at all levels, and it will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
