Hugh O’Keeffe

In his role Hugh connects broader organisational culture change and development to individual experience. He leads on initiatives that range from policy development and practice to training and consultancy.

Hugh joined the enei team with a background working in organisation management and service delivery for LGBT+ non-profit organisations. He has experience in organisational governance, safeguarding and risk management with a diverse and intersectional perspective. Hugh graduated from the University of Western Australia with a BSc majoring in Neuroscience and Linguistics and moved to London in 2018.

Hugh was the Chair of Trustees for the Muscle Help Foundation; a small family centred charity that creates transformative and engaging experiences for young people with Muscular Dystrophy and allied neuromuscular conditions. He is driven by a deep curiosity as well as a desire to see all people in nurturing environments where they can thrive.
