Menopause is a natural stage in a woman’s life when hormone levels decline, and menstrual periods stop. Despite being a common experience, it is often met with silence, misunderstanding, and stigma. Outdated stereotypes and unconscious bias may impact how menopausal and post-menopausal women are perceived at work, affecting confidence and career progression.
Our Menopause Awareness training is designed to create a more supportive and inclusive workplace by breaking the stigma and challenging biases surrounding menopause. By attending the training, participants will understand the physical, psychological, and social challenges menopause can bring. By raising Menopause Awareness, we can foster inclusivity, respect, and understanding.
Through our Menopause Awareness training, participants will learn practical ways to support colleagues, from offering understanding and flexibility to challenging biases. Small actions can create a more inclusive environment where all employees feel valued.
Participants will be equipped with the tools necessary to implement the learnings from this training into their everyday lives.
