TIDE Taster

We are delighted to launch enei’s TIDE Taster: our fast and free Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) evaluation to help every employer in the UK become more inclusive.

TIDE (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) Taster is a self-assessment evaluation of your organisation’s approach and outcomes across eight different areas of D&I practice:

  5. Training & development

  8. Procurement

 

TIDE Taster contains just 25 questions, takes as little as 10 minutes to complete and provides you with an instant feedback report showing:

  • How you scored;
  • Where you sit on enei’s Inclusion Roadmap; and
  • What you can do to become more Inclusive.

 

Completing TIDE Taster will help you:

  • Get an overview of how inclusive your organisation is;

Yes, TIDE has been designed to be suitable and relevant in all jurisdictions. The language does not refer to specific personal characteristics of diversity or legislation so it will apply in all areas. This allows organisations to compare approaches across different operating areas.

No, you can save your entry and come back to complete it at any time.

No, one person takes overall responsibility for the entry but you can ask other people within the organisation to do parts of the assessment by using the "Share Page" widget on the right. Once they have completed their section you can decide whether to accept the answers into your final assessment. You are able to edit your responses up until you choose to submit the final entry.

Absolutely, enei won’t share your responses or even your participation with anyone outside of the organisation. However, you may be contacted by an enei Relationship Manager to see if there’s anything else we can do to help you with your D&I journey.
