Membership fees cover member engagement activities, production of products and services, and day-to-day operations that provide opportunities to promote enei members’ commitment to diversity, equality, inclusion, and best practice. However, larger events, research, and projects that support our objectives, core subjects, and members are funded by additional sponsorship, providing a much greater opportunity for members to promote their employer brand and place them at the forefront of diversity and inclusion. Parliamentary Reception at the House of Lords

The Annual House of Lords Reception is our way of bringing together members and friends to thank them for their continued support. It provides enei and our members with an opportunity to network and influence government at the highest level.

Our keynote speakers set out the policy perspective on employers’ issues, and we hear about how some employers are responding. This is a unique opportunity for enei and its members to influence key opinion formers on areas of employer concern and enable parliamentarians and other opinion formers to understand our agenda’s ‘employer experience’. It also provides us with a formal opportunity to showcase the excellent work already done by enei while signposting future enei activities. There will be approximately 150 attendees.

Parliamentary Reception Sponsor

The Parliamentary Reception Sponsor will be given a high profile among the key opinion formers attending and will be entitled to:

  • Speak at the event about their work on this agenda.
  • Display equal size corporate branding alongside enei in the delegate pack, and on all displays and e-mail invitations. (The formal invitation is a fixed template sent out by the House of Lords and the inclusion of logos or branding is forbidden).
  • Be the named main event sponsor in all press reports published by enei and mentioned in all interviews given by enei about the reception.
