A new ‘Diversity and Inclusivity in the Workplace’ survey has found that disability and age discrimination are top concerns for UK employees.
The survey showed that over 50% of people felt the inclusion of disabled people was the area their workplace required most improvement in. Diversity of age groups came a close second at just under 50%.
The survey also found that 47% of male employees don’t consider the gender pay gap to be a major issue, in comparison to three quarters of females that do.
