There has been an outpouring of LinkedIn and other social media on the pandemic including a lot of comments on the lighter side saying, ‘I am not counting 2020 in my age, I didn’t use it’, ‘2020 is a write off'. In in my mind, despite the hardest of hardships 2020 is a year of personal and intellectual reflection.  A milestone year which is teaching us lessons for life. The saying if you can’t go outside, go inside, has a deep meaning.  And organisations are and should be no different.
