EY publishes the findings of their Gender Pay Gap report well before the governments deadline of April 2018. They also went above & beyond Regulations by publishing their ethnicity Pay Gap at the same time. Hopefully, this will encourage other companies to follow suit by putting a focus on this 'equally important measure of diversity'.
EY's Median Gender Pay Gap is 14.8% which is around a 10% improvement on their 2012 findings, and a 9.8% Median Ethnicity Pay Gap. This has been achieved through a targeted focus on diversity & inclusion throughout the organisations.
