In the interview, Denise talks about how language is constantly evolving, and that it is extremely important for organisations to recognise that when communicating with internal and external stakeholders, they identify the barriers to communications and find solutions to overcome them.
Inclusive communications are any type of communication that have been designed and created to convey information to reach a variety of different audiences by a variety of different channels.
