Esi Hardy, Managing Director, Celebrating Disability

Esi is a trainer, disability inclusion expert, public speaker, podcaster, and writer.

Celebrating Disability is a user-led organisation that provides tailored support to help workplaces develop a disability-inclusive culture. Esi believes all organisations can create environments where disabled employees and customers feel valued. Through training sessions and consultations, this goal is achievable.

As part of her work to advocate and champion equality for disabled people, Esi is a keynote speaker, speaking at conferences and away days on disability inclusion and equality in every cornerstone of life.

Matthew Jones, Workplace Assistive Technology Lead, Matchware

Matthew helps organisations understand how MindView can make a real difference in the way their teams work. Whether it’s supporting neurodivergent staff, making project planning easier, or helping individuals organise their ideas more clearly, Matthew is passionate about showing how the right tools can remove barriers and boost productivity.

Mark Woodward

Mark Woodward, Head of Workplace Adjustments, Neurobox

For more than a decade, Mark has been working with organisations, managers, and employees to support neurodiversity and disability. Working with clients to design and implement neurodiversity and disability policies, through to working with individual managers and employees as an assessor, coach and coach supervisor. 

Mark has also been fortunate to have had considerable experience in commercial senior management and operational roles, which has given him a significant understanding and awareness of not just how to support individuals, but their managers and the organisation too.
