The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) is the UK’s leading employer network covering all aspects of equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Training Manager to join the Service Design and delivery Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality training to enei’s members and clients.

If you are a confident facilitator, experienced in creating and delivering innovative and engaging training materials to diverse audiences, with a broad and deep understanding of training methodologies, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need to be a highly collaborative team player, able to build and maintain multi-stakeholder relationships at all levels, and manage multiple projects and competing priorities with ease. You will also have a demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion and a good knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards, as these apply to the creation of training content.
