If you like every day being different and want to work with our dynamic front line colleagues, people group, professional services teams and the community then this role would be great for you! You will play a key role in partnering with colleagues in the People Group and across the service to bring our values and behaviours to life. Leading ED&I focused networks, ambassadors, and working groups for the protected characteristics, compliance, events, recruitment, and community engagement, you will partner with colleagues as well as our community, building those relationships to have welcoming and respectful conversations on a variety of topics and building the Service’s knowledge and understanding of all things ED&I.
The role sits within the People Group and works alongside the People Partners (generalists), L&OD Partners and Recruitment Partner. In the future there may be scope to move sideways into the other Partner roles, depending on internal moves and your development aspirations. We actively promote development across the People Group and wider service and we are open to sponsoring CIPD or equivalent qualifications.
