Overview:

What will this event provide participants with?

This webinar introduces the religion and worldviews dimension in the workplace. It will provide initial understanding about how your organisation can be supportive and understanding of diverse and complex worldviews in your context. It will explore the principles of listening and self-awareness as the keys to unlocking this important aspect of the diversity, equality, and inclusion agenda.

 

Objectives:

• To understand why the religion and belief dimension of the diversity, equality and inclusion agenda is important for everyone to engage with

• To explore some examples of good practice, including ways to begin conversations and promote the religion and belief dimension

Speaker: Dr Kathryn Wright , Chief Executive Officer , Culham St Gabriel’s Trust

After teaching in secondary schools for several years, Kathryn became a Religious Education consultant. She worked for a range of organisations and led a national recruitment campaign to encourage graduates to train to teach religious education. She became CEO of Culham St Gabriel’s Trust in 2019.
