Objectives

Many employees will be content and face the everyday challenges of life without concern - others will experience varying amounts of mental and emotional distress at times. For various individual reasons some employees may find the amount of emotional and mental distress they find themselves under too much and consider suicide as a way of dealing with their problems.

You have the opportunity to make a huge difference by identifying your employees at risk of suicide, giving them time and support, and reduce the chance of them completing suicide.

This enei Webinar, delivered in partnership with Robustmind Mental Fitness, will provide guidance on how employers can deal with these difficult situations professionally and confidently.
