Membership fees cover Member engagement activities, production of products and services, and day-to-day operations, which provide opportunities to promote enei Members’ commitment to equality, inclusion and best practice. However, larger events, research and projects, which support our objectives, core subjects and Members are funded by additional sponsorship, providing sponsors with a much greater opportunity to promote their Employer Brand and placing Members at the forefront of D&I.

Even if there is no legal requirement on employers to monitor and report on their diversity statistics outside of the Gender Pay Gap for organisations above 250 employees, having an effective measurement process is an important tool for racking performance and progress towards equality and diversity goals. Effective measurement tools will tell you where the issues are and where your actions can have the greatest impact. If you do not have evidence you do not have a case.
At the 2019 Conference we will be looking at how to increase the diversity of the talent pipeline from attraction to recruitment, retention and progression. We will discuss what needs to be measured and share best practice on how organisations are using the data to achieve inclusion.

As always, the enei Awards are free to enter and free to attend and you can send multiple entries. This is an important differentiator between our awards and many others. Our purpose is simply to celebrate and share best practice.
