In 2017 the Parker Review reported on the lack of ethnic diversity on the boards of larger UK companies and made recommendations for improvement. It set a target that all FTSE 100 companies should have at least one director from an ethnic minority by the end of 2021 (2024 for FTSE 250 companies). The Review published a follow up report in 2020.
This 30 minute webinar will provide participants with an understanding of the state of progress towards the Parker Review goals and steps that companies should consider to increase the representation of ethnic minorities on their boards.
