Overview:

With Race Equality Week and LGBT History month both falling in February, this webinar explores the intersection of race/ethnicity and LGBT+ identity in relation to employment. Inclusive workplaces understand the importance of intersectionality and how employees' multiple identities define their experiences in and outside of work.  The topics covered will include everyday experiences in the workplace, alongside more structural questions about what actions can be taken to support LGBT+ & Ethnic Minorities in the workplace.
