During this session guest speakers from Time for Inclusive Education, Jordan Daly and Liam Stevenson will introduce participants to an exploration of prejudice - from the perspective of both the workplace and wider society - and how it can arise and escalate. Including the voices of LGBT people and allies first hand, discussing their own experiences, this session aims to increase understanding of the consequences of prejudice and stereotyping, and consider how we can create not only a more equitable workplace but a fairer society for all.
