Disability Roundtable

This is a free event, however there will be a £50 plus VAT admin charge for non-attendance or cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the event.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network with other organisations as well as be part of a facilitated roundtable that will give you a chance to explore issues relating to disability in your workplace.  We hope to extract from the roundtable key learning points to take forward and apply in our ongoing work in this space to enable our Members to have confidence when discussing disability.

The roundtable will include:

  • Tony Ratcliffe, Solution Architect at Fujitsu, will share his experiences of SEED (the Fujitsu Disability Network) to help shape attendee's own disability journey.
  • What are the key areas of disability affecting the workplace?
  • Best practice sharing and advice, case studies and discussion
  • Forward planning - how enei can support you in dealing with disability at work


This session will be run Becky Brooks, who works with over 70 organisations to develop their diversity and inclusion focus, and leads enei’s agenda on disability. Prior to joining enei, Becky ran her own business following a career which encompassed Head of HR positions at BAA, Royal Bank of Scotland, TK Maxx and Spirit Pub Company and Vice President – HR (UK & Europe) at AIG.
