Inclusion Scotland is an in-person event to explore how organisations can create more inclusive workplaces. It brings together professionals, leaders, and advocates responsible for driving change.
Through speaker sessions and roundtable discussions, we will explore real-world approaches to inclusive leadership, recruitment, and culture.
The event is open to both members and non-members.

Kerry Kirk, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at enei
Kerry is an experienced HR and DEI professional with over 30 years expertise. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, holding senior HR roles in retail, telecoms, and education, before a period of self-employment.
In further education, Kerry improved leadership-capability by delivering a development programme that included a competency framework and led an overhaul of their equality impact assessment processes to focus on maximising positive impact with limited resources. She also chaired the sector HR Development Network steering group.
Kerry takes a pragmatic approach and is committed to improving workplace inclusivity.
