James Hall, Creative Director, HeX Productions

He holds a degree in E-commerce Technology and has developed his academic knowledge of the industry with practical experience, becoming an expert in the field.   

Throughout this time, James has significantly built up his portfolio to successfully design and develop websites for universities, the NHS, local government and public sector clients. 

HeX Productions has been successfully delivering accessible projects while building and maintained a strong reputation in the industry. He states “I am a firm believer in accessibility and usability on websites. Your site should be able to be used by everyone.” 

Sandi Wassmer, CEO, Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei)

Sandi headshotSandi has been enei CEO since 2020, and is the UK’s only blind female CEO and a passionate advocate for human rights. With a background spanning commercial and charity sectors, she champions equality and inclusion at the intersection of Government, Industry, and the Third Sector. Sandi’s impactful career includes pioneering the “Ten Principles of Inclusive Web Design” and holding key roles in media and charity organisations, such as COO of SyFy UK TV Channel and MD of Copious. As a former Trustee of RNIB and current Non-Executive Director at Mental Health First Aid England, she continues to drive positive change and innovation in accessibility and social care.
