Esi is a trainer, disability inclusion expert, public speaker, podcaster, and writer.
Celebrating Disability is a user-led organisation that provides tailored support to help workplaces develop a disability-inclusive culture. Esi believes all organisations can create environments where disabled employees and customers feel valued. Through training sessions and consultations, this goal is achievable.
As part of her work to advocate and champion equality for disabled people, Esi is a keynote speaker, speaking at conferences and away days on disability inclusion and equality in every cornerstone of life.
