A note from our CEO…

I am thrilled to be announcing the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) Inclusivity Excellence Awards 2022, where we celebrate the fabulous work being done by employers in creating workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).

Working in the DEI space has been quite the journey since the inception of the Equality Act back in 2010, and the social inequalities and social injustices that the pandemic has shed a harsh light on have certainly served to amplify the importance of everybody’s work in this space.

Here at enei, our annual awards offer a solid platform for organisations to showcase the inclusive cultures they are creating and the impact their work has had on colleagues, employees, and teams as they build workplaces where everyone has a sense of belonging.

So, we encourage inclusion champions everywhere to submit an award entry, please complete this online application form.

We wish you all the best of luck!

Sandi Wassmer, enei CEO
