We are looking for an experienced and skilled Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join the Service Design & Delivery Team, responsible for the development and delivery of DEI information, advice, guidance, training, consultancy, and networking opportunities for our members and clients.

If you are customer-focused and innovative, with insight into how inclusive cultures are built and sustained, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mobilise people, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need to have a demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, be a highly collaborative team player, be able to build and maintain multi-stakeholder relationships at all levels, and manage multiple projects and competing priorities with ease.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a hands-on role in the development and implementation of DEI strategies, initiatives, and programmes, working with a values-driven team.
