Nathan is an experienced client manager with a background spanning education, professional services, and DEI. He specialises in managing cross-organisational projects that improve systems, engage people, and deliver measurable impact. Having worked with global clients across private, public, and charity sectors, Nathan brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to navigating complex environments. He’s passionate about equity, collaboration, and making change that lasts.

Before joining enei, Nathan worked at KPMG, AQA, and most recently at an equality and diversity consultancy. He brings a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and aligning inclusion best practices with business objectives, challenges, and drive performance.

In his spare time, Nathan is a keen painter and artist. He also enjoys reading, attending gigs, and going to the theatre.
