Lena is a dynamic and influential communicator with a background in strategic account management, customer service, project management and business development. What motivates her, is to create efficient processes that earns stakeholders’ trust, and help clients unlock their potential with clear and consistent support.
She joined the enei family with ample experience in negotiation, strategy, and process-improvement. Lena previously worked in a management role supporting the growth of online retailers and focusing on the development of her team. She also worked in an account management and business development role, where she consistently raised the bar and exceeded expectations.
Lena received a BA in International Relations and Communications from the City College of New York. In her free time, she is a dedicated ‘pup-mom’, taking her Labrador on long walks and hikes. She also loves to read, cook, practice yoga and attend the theatre.
