They have worked internationally to inspire change through collaborative consultancy and engaging training programmes. Jo’s industry experience spans the public, private, and charity sectors, working alongside organisations of all sizes to navigate change and deliver impact aligned to their goals.

As a trainer, Jo is highly experienced in developing dynamic and interactive sessions using an evidence-based approach to reach thousands of participants. Jo’s sessions span a multitude of topics ranging from inclusive leadership to psychological safety. As a consultant, they are committed to developing policy and strategy through an intersectional lens, ensuring a comprehensive approach that leaves nobody behind.

Jo has particular expertise in areas relating to gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and neurodiversity. Alongside their willingness to share their lived experience, Jo has a master’s in psychology and mental health. This enables them to translate research into accessible and actionable learnings to gently challenge others to think more deeply about the world around us. Jo’s goal is to instil inclusion as not just an organisational value but a personal value for all.
