Job Summary

As Inclusion Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving the inclusion agenda across Mace. The role will be responsible for leading on the implementation of the inclusion strategy. Creating and delivering an ambitious and robust series of projects and initiatives that are aligned with the Mace Inclusion and diversity vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure inclusion is authentically woven into the way we do business
  • Delivery of the short and long-term vision and strategic objectives for inclusion
  • Plan, develop and execute initiatives, programmes and projects that support the Inclusion strategy
  • Lead the organisation-wide communication and engagement of the plan, tactics and activities
  • Provide the organisation with best-practice initiatives, developing benchmarking against other organisations and understanding trends in the market
  • Partner with HR colleagues to review policies and practices across the HR agenda
  • Collate internal and external data to support both strategic and operational thinking
  • Utilise internal and external data to identify areas of focus, conduct benchmarking and monitor progress
  • In consultation with the business, establish appropriate metrics and measure performance
  • Responsibility for providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and insight to the business
  • Develop, implement and maintain diversity monitoring systems
  • Build external networks and be the Mace point of contact for all stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Celebrates and communicates progress and successes internally and externally
