The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) is the UK's leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion issues in the workplace. We focus on delivering high quality practical advice, products and services to our members.
How will enei help you?

Research and campaigning: Our employer led research underpins our national campaigns. We are currently focusing on unconscious bias across the employment cycle.
Best practice advice and guidance: We provide our members with expert advice and guidance covering a range of inclusion and employment topics, such as recruiting diverse talent, employee retention and flexible working, diversity and engaging at work, setting up employee network groups and understanding the law.
Employer led events: Our events give members the opportunity to both share their learning and network with other leading organisations. We hold roundtable discussions on current topics as well as employer led talks, conferences and seminars.
Training and consultancy services: We can help you to progress your inclusion ambitions through:
