Women Three Times More Likely To Need Degree From Top University Than Men

Green Park's Leadership 10k report has found that women are set a much higher academic bar than men in the competion for top FTSE 100 positions. Women make up 76% of Russell Group graduates in top FTSE 100 positions, despite only holding 10% of executive director positions. The report also found that the number of women holding executive director positions in the FTSE 100 has fallen, despite a rise in the number of female non-executive directors.
