25% Of Workers Over 45 Feel Discriminated Against By Employers

New research from totaljobs has found that 50% of workers aged over 45 feel that workplaces naturally cater for younger employees, and more than half worry about competing with younger workers when job hunting. Despite this, two thirds of workers aged over 45 feel that their appetite for adapting to change had either stayed the same or increased as they got older.
