Participating In Diversity Networks Benefits Employees

A new study conducted by Women Ahead, sponsored by PwC and HSBC, has found that organisations that invest more into and engage a wider audience with their diversity networks see a number of positive benefits. 

The research dismisses the myth that active involvement in networks is detrimental to women's careers, although it recognises that senior men and women often choose not to engage due to fears of amplification of difference and pigeonholing.
