Post Millenials Sceptical About Social Inclusion

10 January 2017

A new study by EY has found that of "Digital Natives", those born after 1995 and also referred to as Generation Z, only one in three believe that employment opportunities are truly open to anyone, with experience and background cited as the main barriers.

The research also found high levels of disillusionment in Gen Z's chances of getting their dream job, with only 20% of those starting a uiniversity course believing they will secure their dream job, falling to 10% by the second and third years of higher education.
