Gender Pay Gap Reporting Legislation Published

The Government has published the final private sector regulations for Gender Pay Gap Reporting. The regulations confirm the six sets of figures that must be published, that the definition of employee will match that of the Equality Act 2010 (including contractors and any self-employed workers working for the organisation) and clarified how bonuses should be reported.
