Career Break Women Missing Out On £4,000 Per Year

New research conducted by PwC, the 30% Club and Women Returners has found that women returning to work after a career break are losing out on £1.1billion, equivalent to £4,000 each. The research found that three in five returners come back to lower skilled roles, with the blame being put on recruiters with a bias against cv gaps and employers failing to offer flexible working.
