BAME Workers One Third More Likely To Be Underemployed

New research from the TUC has found that BAME workers are a third more likely to be underemployed, defined in the research as working fewer hours than they want to, than their white counterparts. The research found that 110,000 BAME workers would be lifted out of underemployment if the rates were equal.
