Ethnicity Impacts Career, Business Leaders Say

A new study conducted by Engage and Harvey Nash has found that 71% of senior executives believe that their ethnicity or race has had a significant impact on their career. The study also found that 52% believe that CEOs and executives lack an understanding of the benefits of a diverse board, and 62% of respondents believe that people from ethnic minorities are not on the radar of leadership teams or executive search firms.
