This roundtable will equip delegates with key learning points that enable our Members to have confidence when discussing disability.
The roundtable will include

- Disability Confident – tips on sustaining and progressing
- Topical disability issues - best practice sharing and discussion
- Forward planning - how enei can support you in dealing with disability at work
This will be an excellent opportunity to network with other organisations as well as be part of a facilitated roundtable that will give you a chance to explore issues relating to disability in your workplace.

This session will be hosted by Joan Stuart who is our Member Engagement Manager responsible for supporting member organisations within Scotland with their diversity and inclusion agendas.
Joan has over 25 years’ Human Resources experience - both as a generalist and as an employee relations specialist. She commenced her career in the retail sector with Thornton’s in an operational role and then moved to an HR role in the National Health Service. More recently Joan was at ScottishPower, where she held number of operational and strategic Human Resources roles. Latterly she has led the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for ScottishPower, translating this into practical and workable solutions for the workplace.
