Introduction to Intergenerational Working
|Date||22 March 2017|
This Session will be held as a Webinar
As labour market statistics continue to show a modest – although perhaps slowing – improvement in UK employment prospects, it is timely to examine how the recession has impacted workers in different age groups and, moving on, what actions employers should consider to maximise the contribution of each.
The widely accepted belief that the generations can be neatly segmented, and that Baby Boomers and Millenials are as different as chalk and cheese was recently described by Dr Adrian Furnham in Psychology Today as “simple-minded, guru-led, tosh”.
This webinar will help delegates understand the commonalities and differences of the generations in today's workplace, as well as how to use a multigenerational workforce to the advantage of the organisation.
